Current Rates & Tariffs (rules and regulations)

Customers are billed monthly for both a monthly base rate in addition to water commodity usage. Rate schedules and tariffs can be found by clicking on the link above.

Base fees cover the cost of services that occur regardless of how much the service is used (reading and maintenance of meters, water quality monitoring, infrastructure maintenance, etc.).  Base rates are determined by meter size and set by the Oregon Public Utility Commission.

New rates were set by the Oregon Public Utility Commission and are effective as of October 31, 2025. November customer bills will be averaged according to meter reading and rates prior to and following October 31st.
